We utilize Dell Servers with dual Intel® processors providing
redundancy on all local storage systems. We also employ Microsoft Windows
2000 Advanced Servers and Microsoft SQL 7 servers throughout our facilities.
Our Servers also feature embedded SCSI controllers providing a high-speed
interface for our SCSI devices. These features combined with our RAID
controllers and redundant hot-plug power supplies allow you to rest easy
knowing your data is hosted with maximum uptime and redundant security in
mind.
Recording
Each of our facilities is equipped with progressive digital systems that
allow for the recording, storage, and easy retrieval of all calls.
Accessibility to all archived recordings is available to all our clients.
Calls are recorded as .wav files and stored in a database which can be sent
to clients directly, via e-mail. Our message replay feature confirms
important client information, helps monitor agents' customer service skills,
and improves agents' call handling abilities.
