All of the employees of Deals Jamaica are committed to protecting the confidentiality of our clients’ data. As a result, Deals Jamaica has developed specific policies and procedures for security. Most importantly, Deals Jamaica will not reveal any personally identifiable information that we collect about you, your company, or your customers.

In addition, Deals Jamaica uses industry-leading technologies to keep your data safe and secure, including:

Network Security:
A proxy server and hardware firewall, for added security, protect our server from unauthorized access by users outside our system.

 

Data Delivery:
For many of our clients we are collecting important information and delivering it on a daily basis. In many cases, we are collecting personal customer information such as credit card numbers or Social Security numbers. As a result, we have taken great care in providing numerous options to our customers to guarantee the secure delivery of data:           

Encrypted Email: We offer the option of having data delivered as an encrypted email. This means the email can be opened only with the appropriate software and a secure username and password.

Physical security:
We have controlled access to our facilities and to the internal offices. In addition, there is limited access to our telecom and server rooms for authorized personnel only.

Employee confidentiality policy:
At Deals Jamaica every employee signs a nondisclosure and confidentiality agreement that clearly outlines strict confidentiality protections for our clients. In addition, we restrict access to all client sensitive information except to employees who need access in order to do their jobs. Any Deals Jamaica employee who violates our privacy or security policies is subject to possible termination and civil and/or criminal prosecution.

Online Application: Deals Jamaica has developed a web based solution for delivering client data. Our Online Data Processing Application requires customers to login using a secure username and password. Once logged in, customers have access to securely download their data directly to their computer.
