               This question is probably one that we have gotten from concerned beginner
           and seasoned investors from pretty much all over the world. We generate
           profits from all our businesses across the Caribbean. Even though acquisitions
           do not reap rewards immediately, our well trained business development
           managers either buy or sell businesses in rapid fashion consistently growing
           our own capital allowing us to fully utilize investor capital wisely and tactfully
           over the years. We then allocate a percentage of our profits to our investors

  .       Why do I have to be approved and how long does this take?

             We see this questions with little frequency, but when we do,
             we really have to emphasize the dangers of non-approval based
             organizations. We have had numerous instances of attempted
             money laundering and other types of fraud which has caused us
             to re-equip ourselves with proper random investigative procedures.
             Unfortunately this may take up to a week for approval but once you're
             on board, you'll be glad you allowed us to make you part of a safe and
             legal community.

     .     What is your Core Business?

            Our main source of generating income comes from Asset Management
            and Real Estate acquisitions including medium to large businesses
            operating across the Caribbean with our primary focus being hotels.
            Our secondary business focus includes several call centers across the
            Caribbean as well various technology stores locally.

     .     What paper work must be filled out to invest with us?

           About eighty-five percent of our investors are international or outside of
           the Caribbean. We only require Completion of W8 Forms, Banking
           Information Documents as well as Contractual Signing for the our
           protection as well as your own. This will be emailed to you upon approval.
           At that point you will be asked to fax the signed copies back to us for 
           completion of paper work.

    .     How many clients are currently invested your company?

           In our earlier days we would never have guessed that the our core functions
           would have reaped such very handsome rewards and client base is definitely
           one of our most valuable assets. As at current date January 2007  we have an
           impressive Three Thousand Eighty-Two (3082) small investors as a part of our
           Investment Family with a whopping US $58 million dollars in client funds.

    .     What's the minimum/maximum investment required?

           Please see our Portfolio Type Section for more details on our investment
           options. As for our minimum investment, we begin at US$5,000 dollars and
           accept up to a maximum of US$100,000 dollars.

    .     What is the minimum period of investment?

           Our minimum period of investment is 3 months. What this means is that
           you will begin receiving your 5% returns immediately after your become
           approved, however, you will attract a penalty in the event of a withdrawal
           within three months after the date of your acknowledgement of activation.

    .     How often can withdrawals be made?

           If your account is set to Pay-out monthly then you may receive payments
           monthly non-stop. If your account type is set to compound however, then
           you will not be able to make more than one withdrawal within a 3 month
           period as compounded accounts are setup to increase in size based on
           the current value of the account. You may switch your account type to 
           Pay-out in order to avoid such delays in accessing funds monthly.

    .     Are these returns variable or fixed?

           We do not offer variable returns unless special arrangements are made in
           advance. These special arrangements can only be made by major investors
           who wish to invest more than US$300,000 dollars. We only provide a fixed
           rate of return in the amount of 5%.

    .     How are returns paid and how often?

           Payouts are paid via direct wire to our clients accounts. (All wiring costs are
           covered by our investment arm so monthly transaction is free.) Special
           accommodations can be also made for clients who require Paypal payouts
           instead. Returns are paid on a Monthly basis on the first Friday of each new
           Month.
